  • Usage has not exceeded fair use for a trial (heavy generation may be non‑refundable).

  • Allow us to troubleshoot and attempt a fix.
  • If unresolved, we will confirm approval and refund to the original payment method.

Non-refundable cases

  • Abuse, misuse, or violation of the Terms of Service.
  • Change of mind or requests without a specific technical/service issue.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed in 5–10 business days (subject to your payment provider).
